International MUNs

Throughout recent years we have provided scholarships to enable hundreds of members to take part in international MUNs such as: PiMUN Paris, MilMUN Milan, EuroMUN Maastricht, AUCMUN Amsterdam, LyonMUN Lyon, C’MUN Barcelona, OxiMUN Oxford, CuiMUN Cambridge…

Themed debates

Wishing to maintain our members active, we organize internal debates simulating UN committees where we discuss a wide array of contemporary topics, touching upon those topics that interest our members.

Talks and conferences

One of UNSA’s goals is fostering the learning of a broad range of topics. For this reason, we host experts from different fields in order to acquire knowledge and develop various perspectives that we then put to use when debating.

We offer two courses: the How to MUN and the How to Chair. The former is geared at students who haven’t yet taken part in an MUN, and the latter intends to prepare members in order to be a chair in an international MUN. Both include a certificate.

The United Nations today: challenges and future of the organization

Every year we organize a course regarding the United Nations in which in 7 sessions, professor (and former UN employee) Pablo Pareja brings us closer to the organization’s reality. Completion of the course gives you the chance to win a scholarschip to participate in an international Model United Nations (MUN), and grants you 2 ECTS credits! Classes are in Spanish and take place at UPF’s Ciutadella campus, and its edition takes place weekly during the months of October and November. Want to join?
